Dealing with Bill Shepherd and his staff was a pleasure. They fulfilled every commitment they made and were polite, helpful and communicated with us on a regular basis. They utilised their skills and experience to get a sale in this current difficult economic climate and got us a better offer than we were initially prepared to accept.
