Poor communication from staff and between staff

Communication is lacking between Property Managers and Landlords No communication to Landlords of any changes in property managers for any reason such as leave replacements etc. Should keep Landlords informed of any employee changes . Should not be surprises -for Landlord to find strange property manager Relief managers are not aware of the previous actions of their colleagues when taking over. I am also speaking from previous experiences as I have other property under Ray White North Lakes rental management team
