Hi Kevin Once again thank you for sell our home. I had valuations from 4 estate agents before selecting you to sell our home. Your valuation was not the highest, nor the lowest, but seemed an honest price to sell the house for. You were not the most aggressive nor the least aggressive agent, but you seemed fair, competent with enough ’push’ to get the job done. All the way through the sales campaign of 4 weeks, you always kept us in touch with what was happening with open house viewings, and informed me of all comments both good and bad, which was much appreciated. You initially suggested auctioning the house, which we were a bit undecided about, but we followed your suggestions for a successful result. You were always positive each time we spoke, which was much appreciated, as it made me feel more positive. I have seen houses for sale in Elanora for a long, long time and hoped that ours would not have to be put up For Sale after failing to sell at auction. On the auction night, again you were positive up until the Auctioneer’s hammer hit the wooden stand, and I heard that fantastic word ‘SOLD’ . Even when the bidding stalled short of our reserve you managed to get that little bit extra which made the bid close enough to accept. To have the only property out of 16 that even got a bid and then sold, is testament to your determination to get the job done, and saved my sanity.
