Rock Solid

Millie was my sales agent and she was a rock during the process. She is dependable and has a fantastic attitude. Millie is old school, roll up the sleeves, put in a copious amount of elbow grease sort of agent. Some agents are all about blinding everyone with their flashiness, power suits, power ties, patek watches, and full set of dental implants always ready to schmooze and booze but none of the hard work. Millie is neat as a pin, smartly put together, down to earth and generates rapport with potential buyers through good old solid folksiness and genuine great attitude. She breaks her back and schedules to do private inspections rain or shine and she diligently follows up with them and keeps them warm and responds to their queries promptly and professionally. I am sure she will go on to do great things!

Master Strategist

Fan lives for fist pumps and high fives on a job well done and record sales price. He doesn't want to just help clients get the best price possible but he makes it his mission! This guy is driven! He isn't satisfied until you are satisfied as a seller. Robert Sapolsky says dopamine is not about the pursuit of happiness but rather about the happiness of the pursuit. I saw this clearly in action with Fan when he was pursuing a record sale price for my property. I have had agents before who can't wait to get rid of you or just prevaricate when they want your property off their books so they can close out and move on. Not Fan! Fan is a strategist and a perfectionist. Don't ignore his advice. He reads the market well and also has experience with all sorts of buyer behavior and personality. He is on your side so that you don't have to worry about principal-agent information asymmetry. When he gives advice, you should listen. Work with him and don't laze off. In the end, it will pay off. Just a few days from the start of the campaign and gauging from the level and types of interest, he recommended me a great strategy moving forward with the sale. I am happy that I went with Fan took his advice!
