Glen prepares diligently and does a lot of work behind-the-scenes that you don't know about, and it's that work gets results. Glen astutely matches demographics to the property being sold, and that garners great and immediate interest once it gets on the market. Glen kept us fully informed and advised every step of the way, making the whole process feel calm and easy. 18 groups attended the property's first and only viewing and four made offers on site. The property was under contract within 4 hours of the viewing. We couldn't have been more delighted with the outcome. We can't recommend Glen highly enough.
