Excellent Experience from Start to Finish

From our first meeting with Luke, we were very impressed by his professionalism and excellent communication skills. Aside from his ease and friendliness, he was an uncommonly good listener. Throughout the selling process, his approach to all issues, including the challenges, was consistently positive. The biggest challenge we faced was our location; although beautiful it is relatively unknown. Luke developed an online marketing strategy which was highly effective in targeting prospective buyers who would not otherwise have searched for a home in our area. He achieved high numbers of inspections during the critical early weeks and we sold much faster than expected. The team he used were also very good, especially the photographer and videographer who did an exceptional job. Overall, the selling process was smooth, efficient and highly effective - as good as one could hope for!
