•In this instance I am the buyer. So (wrongly) I assumed that Luke, would be 100% pro seller. It became very quickly apparent that whilst yes Luke definitely had his client’s best interest at heart he wasn’t afraid of going the extra mile to alleviate any concerns or queries I had about not only the process (this is my first home) or the property. From super rapid turn around on queries (even on week ends) to facilitating some due diligence inspection in record time or providing advice on how to best structure my offer he could not have been more helpful. To top it all off he was an absolute gentleman and very professional all the way through. We went from the first inspection to having a signed contract under a week and going unconditional within a couple of weeks, well ahead of settlement date (standard 30 days). Attended an open home Luke had at School Street. It was the easiest open home I’ve been to. His associate showed us up to the apartment with amazing manners and kindness.
