Mixed feelings

Found Luke to be sincere and pleasant to deal with. However he struggled to manage the difficult seller and was may be a bit naive in communicating the sellers insincere commitments to us which in the end cost him some of our goodwill and incurred substantial financial costs to himself. We give him credit for arranging to get the aircon checked, cleaning filthy carpets and supplying missing keys and remote controls at his own cost. We respect and thank him for keeping his commitments in this regard and realise that it was not an easy sale.
