Great experience

Angela was highly recommended by our stylist. At the first meeting Angela showed a depth of industry experience and professionalism way beyond any other agent I had met. As we live in a different state to the selling property Angela was able to handle all details effortlessly. It was previously our family home and had been rented for 7 years. Angela and the stylist viewed the property, recommended where to best add value, arranged trades, quotes, access to the property all while keeping in very regular contact with us. The photographs were amazing and the online campaign attracted 42 groups in the first open day. We had a contract in 5 days which was unconditional in just 7 days. Due to state border closures all of this was completed without our being there. To be able to confidently hand all this over knowing that Angela would recommend and make choices in our highest interest was an extraordinary experience.
