Sale of property in Red Hill, QLD

I know Nick (Nicholas Hall) from when I bought two houses from him (as the agent) in the last few years, one in Petrie Terrace, QLD and another one in Red Hill, QLD. This is the first time I got to interact with him as a seller. The experience was equally enjoyable and easy as it were when I was in the "buying end of the experience". Nick is extremely knowledgable about the Paddington, Red Hill, Petrie Terrace area and some of the other surrounding suburbs. He is also current in his market trends and was able to give me detailed advice on selecting a sale price appropriate for my house. He is also an excellent communicator and was able to liaise with my rental agent, and the rental tenant throughout the sale process on my behalf. He is very professional, always only a phone call away. If he cannot answer the phone due to a meeting, he always reaches back to me within 2hours. He is also very prompt to respond to my emails.
