Happy vendor

After meeting with Jeff Smith and discussing my needs and expectations, Jeff suggested a strategy to best achieve these objectives. We were able to discuss this and plan accordingly. This has resulted in 4 days from listing to a contract in hand-at a price I’m happy with. Jeff was very responsive and busy to achieve this and kept me in the loop at each step.
