•Full review by Mark on Bobby Zhu in purchase of property in Parramatta 1. Communication Style I asked Bobby if the property is suitable for a retiree. His answer is valuable in pointing out whether I need convenience vs quiet surrounding. Convenience is paramount to me being a retiree. I can do my daily grocery shopping without the need to drive. Further most of the needed services are accessible within a short walking distance. His advice helped a lot in my choice of this property. 2. Market knowledge Bobby rightly pointed out what is available within my budget, thus saving me a lot of time from casting a wide net for something nice to have but I cannot afford. 3. Negotiation skills I really like his style of calm confidence without showing any sense of pushing. He really helped me a lot in negotiating with the owner to agree to the budget price which I can afford. 4. Professionalism He demonstrated fine standard of professionalism in the whole process. He arranged Nilufar to accommodate our request for a couple of inspection of the property which is greatly appreciated. He knew when to keep at a distance to allow time for me to discuss this project in detail with my wife. He has got a fine sense of timing. Bobby is great with his finger on the pulse of the progress of the project. Finally, I have difficulty in managing the technical side of contract signing. He patiently guided me through and his effort in doing this is greatly appreciated.
