Outstanding, professional and personal

Broderick impressed us from our first meeting. He knew the market intimately, understood our requirements and I felt a great degree of confidence in entrusting him with the sale of my mother’s house. He laid out a clear plan of how the sale would progress. In the end, we sold within 10 days for the price we wanted, which was a great burden lifted from our shoulders. Broderick also sacrificed his own time to visit my mother in her nursing home, not once, but twice. I would unhesitatingly recommend Broderick to anyone wishing to sell their house.
