Bec Anderson is a friendly, customer focused professional who made the process easy and palatable from start to finish. Her communication style, and frequency of such was considerate and succinct. Kept us up to speed on all matters pertaining to the sale of my father-in law's block of land and never pressured us to take the first offer. The sale was necessary because I was acting on behalf of my father-in-law who has dementia and the proceeds from the sale were required to keep him in Aged Care.
