A Big Ask.. A Rare Find... Expectations Exceeded

Legend has it, our union with the Bond Residences in Port Adelaide's St Vincent St precinct was a match made in real estate heaven. Well, let me give you the hot tip - while our destination is wholly & blissfully reached, the journey will remain with us forever. On a cold, drizzly Saturday morning we met Rick Shultz. While every auction attendee had their heads firmly anchored into coat collars and hoods, Rick stood bolt upright, grinning from ear to ear, greeting us with the warmth of beloved family or life-long friends. Upon our first (of many) encounters, he cheekily accepted my oversight for not having brought him his favourite dirty hippy Chai latte. Well, that was audacious. I liked it. Now, fast forward a few weeks...home opens became our Saturday ritual. We met most of the West's prominent Real Estate Agents, all of whom ticked the 'right' boxes for the 'right' reasons in the 'right' ways. None had the 'Rick factor'. Then we met Nick. What a contrast. If our interactions with Rick were like taking hot laps around the Adelaide 500 in a charged up Mustang, then our ride with Nick can only be described as slipping into a meticulously maintained Mercedes, skilfully taking each bend in the road with a sleekness I was yet to fully understand. Too sleek? In perfect balance to Rick's exuberance, Nick is a statesman of Adelaide's Real Estate scene. It remains no mystery why Nick and his team at Ray White Port Adelaide are award winning. Nick, Rick, Nathaniel, Loraine, Penny and the rest of the team proved to be tenacious, professional, communicative, witty and above all else, an absolute pleasure to work with. Nick, Rick and the team helped us find our 'forever pad' and far exceeded our home-buying expectations. Look no further for a team who will certainly find yours.
