I had asked John see our property as we wanted to see what it could sell for. After he came and inspected, he gave me a very realistic value of our unit from his sale experience and also provided a professional guide on the process of sale. We accepted and left it all to him on what was needed to be done, he was very easy to communicate with and always replied to any questions we had almost immediately during the process. He also updated us frequently on what was happening and made the sale process very easy so we did not have to do much which was really great.
