When I first met Alastair I was immediately impressed with his attitude, friendliness and understanding of what I was wanting. I chose Ray White over another agent because of Alistair. He understood my situation in acting as Power of Attorney for the owner, my cousin, and did everything I requested which did involve some adjustments to what the company normally does. I lost track of the number of times he phoned me to keep me up to date with what was happening, the number of interested parties, etc. When it was apparent that an online auction was to be necessary he assured me of the likelihood of success and in fact stated to me his aim of getting the amount we ended up getting even though it was to be well above the reserve we set and even though I must admit that I thought it unlikely that we would get this amount. The day before the auction he suggested we have a practice at the whole online thing which we did and this made it much easier for me on the actual day. His overall professionalism is to be commended.
