It was uncanny the predictions Michael made in terms of prospective buyers who would look at my unit, level of interest and offers. A special mention to Michael’s helpers, he is assisted by his daughter, Mathilda and son, Jonathan who greet prospective buyers at the entrance lobby and guided them to the lift and up to the apartment. They would always prepare the apartment first thing and put the “For Sale” board by 7 am each Saturday to catch the morning traffic.
