From the moment Jodie walked through the front door, I knew she was the one. She was genuinely excited and immediately saw the potential in the home, even though it was in desperate need of some serious TLC. Where most would have seen a project, she saw opportunity. She was confident from the start, especially about the price. My partner wasn’t convinced at all and thought it was just “typical real estate talk” and an unrealistic figure. Well… let’s just say Jodie proved him very wrong. Not only did she achieve the price she confidently promised, she went ahead and sold it for even more! (I’m still teasing him about that.)
