Prompt communication and made a very good effort to negotiate the price

The house was sold even without much advertising. We think it was mainly due to market knowledge and negotiation skills of the agent. The agent was also very open about the price expectation. We believe it is challenging these days to finalise a sale. Considering that challenge, we think the agent has done a very good job, as the house was not on the market for a long time. Generally, we are very happy with the final outcome although the price achieved was slightly below our expectation. Therefore, it would have been better if the commission was lowered a little bit, if that was done, we would have achieved our price expectation. We feel like that due to the total time spent on the sale process was also not much.
