Great communicator, Trustworthy and reliable from start to the end

We met Nivin in 2022 when we intended to rent out an investment property and Nivin and her team were amazing, guiding us through the process of renting out and maintaining the tenant. Unfortunately, we had to sell out the following year due to rate rises and we sold our property in June 2022, what seemed an overwhelming process Nivin made it simple to follow. Her knowledge regarding the market and the options recommended were spot on at the time, some people find it hard to trust Agent's recommendations and I understand they may have second doubts.
