Emily has been awesome in assisting with this investment property. Right from settlement she had a list of repairs and value-adding improvements for me to make on the property, and organised the relevant tradespeople to complete the work before I had even signed on with a formal agreement. Once Emily listed the property, she had inspections completed on the next business day and a tenancy agreement signed the following day, at the top end of her anticipated range. And all the while, keeping me up to date with regular emails and phone calls. Fantastic service - very impressed!
