An impressive performance

David suggested a sell price for my rental property which was much higher than another agent and I sensed David was genuine. He gathered more than 5 groups over 2 inspections and sold it for the price he suggested all within 3 days of signing him up and before publicly listing it or paying any marketing fees. A few items needed attention and his contacts had those fixed the very next day prior to the first inspection. A very impressive performance.
