James goes above and beyond

James was so helpful in selling our property - through a difficult situation he was sensitive to our needs dealing with all parties. We managed to sell the property extremely quickly and for more than what we expected. James also helped greatly with another aspect of the sale helping us to liaise with trades to get a final job completed.
