Always goes the extra mile

I sold my property with David recently. He sold the property quickly at a price I was happy with. During the settlement process the buyers were very demanding with requirements of the property prior to settlement. David went the extra mile during the settlement process to ensure that the sale went through and was in regular contact throughout this process. He made what was a laborious process, quite painless and stress-free.
