Kelly assisted me with a pricing when I was still hoping to stay in the house then a couple of months later gave an update. When a few months later I was ready to sell and near tears the whole appointment, Kelly was supportive and caring while laying out the facts in an easy to understand way. Kelly gave awesome advice about how the market worked and had a buyer ready as soon as the paperwork was signed - an offer (more than was expected) was accepted before the photographer had a chance to come out! Through all the ups and downs, recommendations for other services needed when selling a house Kelly has been prompt, flexible and always kind! I couldn't recommend Kelly more!
