Proactively sold our property promptly

We have owned this property for 35 years so selling it was always going to be a wrench. We put it on the market with a different agent about two years ago but had little response which was a disappointing seeing it is such a lovely block. We went with Elsie from family recommendations and the difference between our previous experience was stark. In very short time we had 5 offers mainly because Elsie had a database of people who might be interested. We accepted an offer from people we understood would enjoy the property as we had.
