We recently sold our property at 58 Dorado Street, Box Hill through Binnie Jaura and the Ray White Rouse Hill team, and I can genuinely say the experience exceeded our expectations. Having sold properties through other agents previously, the biggest standout for us was the communication. Binnie, his sales team and the support staff were exceptional from start to finish. Communication was second to none — we were always kept informed, always knew exactly where things stood, and never felt like we had to chase anyone for an update. The property was sold in a very short period of time, particularly impressive given what I would consider to be one of the more challenging property markets we have experienced in Australia for some time. The entire transaction was remarkably painless and, compared with some of our previous experiences selling property, pleasantly surprising. Binnie and his team should be congratulated. They have built an outstanding operation, and it is very easy to see why Binnie is regarded as one of the number-one agents in the area.
