Good communication skills

They were a little off with their original pricing but it the market that usually dictates the sale. Not as many buyers through as expected and took awhile to come together until the price was dropped Disappointed that this agency didn’t take at least take 5% deposit the norm is 10% but over the past 10 years 5% is common if the seller agrees Considering the current market in 1770 Ruben achieved a good result for us.
