One of the good guys

Trent is one of the good guys. Honest, realistic, friendly and hard working. Trent went way above and beyond for us. Buying a house is stressful when you really love it and want it badly. Excellent Results

There are many things to like about Trent but the one thing that stands out is his professionalism. From our first meeting, Trent came prepared arriving with sales figures of similar properties in our area. When quoting the expected sale figure we were confident it was based on fact, not rhetoric. Trent gives you his expert opinion, he doesn't tell you what he feels the customer wants to hear, it takes a man of integrity to do so. I believe Trent would rather walk away from a sale than give the vendor an inflated sale price. Trent worked very hard to sell our property even physically coming to our home digging garden beds, planting and using he high pressure washer to clean our outdoor areas.
