Joelle was very patient and accommodating. Due to failures of a conveyancer in providing a contract, we were gazumped on the first property Joelle sold us as that house was sold by another local agent (multi-list is always a risk). Joelle, who was as disappointed as we were, worked very hard to help us in securing an alternative property which, for the price, we are very happy with. Thanks again Joelle.
