If I'm approved, what's next?
Should your application be successful and you are offered the property a holding deposit will need to be paid within 24 hours, this holding deposit will then form your first two weeks' rent. Once the holding deposit has been received, we will then book a time for you to attend the office and sign the lease agreement.
