Laurel really works to satisfy her clients’ needs and wishes. Nothing is too much trouble.

Laurel has excellent communication skills. She kept us fully informed at every stage. She was able to liaise with all parties, the buyers and their team as well as our conveyancer, to ensure a smooth transition took place. Her written description of our property showed that she valued it as much as we did. She noted every improvement we had made and that gave us so much confidence in her ability to promote it. She has valuable knowledge of the market and produced an impressive marketing package for us that achieved results quickly. It was no problem for Laurel to travel almost 100kms ( round trip) to hold ‘Open Homes’ at our rural property, a couple of times as well as travelling to meet the buyers and again to deliver the keys despite weather challenges at the time. Laurel has a very pleasant personality and is easy to deal with. Her work continues behind the scenes, with follow up calls to interested parties.
