JEANIE SMITH ***** If you're looking for a brilliant Real Estate Agent to sell or buy a home

SIGNING JEANIE SMITH UP TO SELL OUR HOME WAS THE BEST DECISION EVER. I realised Jeanie had lived in the Somerset Region for a long time now which is why she is well known (plumbers, neighbours, at post office all say she is lovely. Jeanie knows so much about the area, the houses in it and from her knowledge she keeps an eye on houses listed and sold. Selling a house can actually be stressful but Jeanie made it so much easier and would put my mind at ease. Jeanie was in contact with me continuously, was always punctual and professional, brilliant ideas and went above and beyond. I strongly believe this sale would not have gone through if we had listed with another real estate agent. The buyer had lots of questions and was quite nervous about the sale which is understandable as it is a lot of money, but Jeanie worked with both of us to get the facts and sort things out. As a real estate agent I presume it is very difficult in getting the sellers asking price and recruiting a buyer who is exceptionally happy with their new home and they too are getting value for money. I did feel bad for Jeanie and her family as Jeanie was working on her holiday (before I signed Jeanie up, Jeanie told me she was going away). Jeanie was communicating to the buyer and seller even after it was unconditional as she wanted both parties to be happy. I bet the average person wouldn't do that. Jeanie said "she loves her job and making people happy". We found a "down to earth" Real Estate Agent who got us the best price, is understanding, sympathetic, goes above and beyond, a brilliant communicator, a very hard worker, a new beautiful friend, a great negotiator, professional with no hidden surprises and made a happy buyer (buyer sent Jeanie a lovely email to forward to me) and seller. I would definitely use Jeanie to SELL or BUY a home in the Somerset region or surrounding Regions.
