JADE was an absolute pleasure to deal with. Her sunny and open disposition combined with a straight forward approach took the stress out of putting my house on the market. She listened to the terms I wanted and had empathy in identifying my object result and standpoint. She also kept me informed through the whole process which was very short, a matter of days from listing to selling, due to having a Buyer looking for a property like mine.
