Happy Vendor from Putty!

My property, Lot 19 in Deposited Plan 1183391 326 Putty Valley Road, Putty 2330 was listed for sale with Peter Chidgey of Ray White Real Estate Hawkesbury Rural on 25 th July, 2024. Peter commenced with the organization of the marketing campaign with drone photography of the land. Several fine photos from every direction, were uploaded to several websites, including but not limited to realestate.com (3546 views), domain.com (1753 views), Ray White (1020 views), social media and other websites. I appreciated when discussing with Peter how the campaign was progressing, he listened to my thoughts and wishes, and was always ready to answer my questions, as he worked to meet prospective buyers’ requirements as well. By 4 th February 2025, Peter had shown Lot 19 to 4 people, several times to a few, and had received 4 offers, the final and successful offer of $725,000 was received and accepted, the settlement date is to be 24 th March 2025. This period was a slow market in this district, with all agents. I think you have done well Peter Chidgey, thank you.
