Nice enough, a few hiccups.

Had a lot of trouble marketing the property. I think some honesty in the ad would have helped as we were trying to rent a duplex, not a stand alone house and the feedback each person gave was they didn’t realise it wasn’t a stand alone house. The estimate they gave for the property was reduced to finally get a tenant. Weren’t very clear communicators in regards to showing the property early as requested, so lost a few weeks there on rent. Overall lovely people, not sure if the experience is there though? Multiple pieces of information changed throughout the process and I definitely felt confused and a little unsupported.
