Supportive, steady, and got me through it all the highs & lows of being a first time property owner

Over the past four years, I’ve had a lot to navigate as a first-time property owner leasing, tenants, maintenance, natural disasters that add that extra pressure and stress for alllll, and just figuring it all out as I go. It definitely hasn’t been a straight line, and there have been both highs and some challenging moments along the way. What’s made all the difference is having a property management team that I could rely on throughout it. They’ve been supportive, responsive, and patient, especially during times where things felt a little overwhelming. They’ve taken the time to communicate clearly, offer guidance, and help me make informed decisions amongst the chaos and beauty of living on this magical mountain. As someone doing this for the first time, that level of support has been invaluable. Leasing out a property comes with a lot of moving parts, but having a team that genuinely knows what they’re doing and actually cares, makes the entire process feel far more manageable. Grateful to have had them in my corner over the last four years off and on!
