Disappointed and frustrated. Very B grade experience

No final inspection, no keys on settlement. Real estate presumed key could be left in the door of the house. Communication failed and seller's have not moved out and are still in the property. No one advised this was happening as we are buyers not in location so didnt know, we could not move in. Still waiting for realestate to call us back from the 12th June is now 21st June and counting and seller's are still in property. Of course they put the sold sign up to get their commission but not advise of us the sellers had not moved on settlement.
