My managing agent (Chloe) was great to deal with, very helpful and very responsive.

Chloe was awesome! She knows the market very well and provided the advise when I needed. We've been so frustrated with RayWhite sales division due to lengthy delay in settlement (Sales guy Brad Ronayne had "over promised" us with swift and fast settlement on the property within 1-2 month thus we cancelled our deposit on other property, but lo and behold, we were instead dragged by the bullcr*p to more than 5 freaking months - we will never ever trust the sweet mouth from someone like Brad, ever! I wonder if there's a survey I can do about this person and I really look forward to that as he nearly tore my family apart due to the stress caused by the over-promise and the empty "don't worry, we'll look after you, we know the builder very well, they are ready to settle anytime, the house is ready for the tenant to move in anytime, blah blah blah" bullcr*p yet it never happened and he stopped updating us straight after the cooling-off period is over). Despite of the utter disappointment and frustration with Brad (Sales), Chloe has been a very helpful soul in keeping us updated with the market condition and assisted us right on the spot when the settlement "finally" about to happen, by getting us the tenant straight after our settlement and we're very satisfied with her way in managing our property so far, hence my 5 star rating goes to Chloe (Not for Sales). Great work Chloe, thank you!
