Too many follow up phone calls
5 follow up phone calls in a day! I received a text message and have already responded with a timeline of when I will complete the actions required and yet I still receive phone calls (and text messages) asking if I have completed the tasks - unacceptable.

But once you were approved and the owner gave the green light, our focus was making sure the deposit was paid quickly so we could officially secure the property for you, your family and stop all other enquiries.
Glad we got there in the end and looking forward to handing over the keys soon.
