The level of communication I had with her and her team was another standout factor. I received quick and consistent responses to all my calls and messages, which, sadly, I came across a big lack of this level of reliability with other agencies. It was also clear that there is a highly professional support structure in place, as I had multiple staff members working behind the scenes, which made the entire transition feel smooth and well-coordinated.
