Nella currently works in conjunction with Peter Kikianis as a Principal of the Ray White Semaphore office. She possesses great management, communication and customer relations skills also having a history of developing and implementing high performance teams through hard work and enthusiasm. Nella has energy and enthusiasm which equates into highly successful Property Management and Real Estate Sales. Combine her market knowledge with experience, an extensive customer base and excellent reputation ... the results speak for themselves. Her educational achievements to date include: a MBA (Master of Business Administration) at University of Adelaide, Bachelor of Arts (CAE), Governance and Finance of Registered Organisations (Australian Institute of Company Directors). She has been involved with a number of boards which include: President of Real Estate Employers Federation SA/NT, Association to Advanced Collegiate Schools and Business (ACCSB) - Adelaide University Student Stake Holder. With all of this experience Nella brings a unique and diverse skill set to the Ray White Semaphore Team including being fluent in Greek. Nella’s approachable nature makes her clients instantly feel at ease in what can be a stressful time

Suzi having previously worked in the SA Stock Exchange, joined Ray White Semaphore in 2005. She worked her way from reception and administration assistant, to managing her own Property Management portfolio. Her vast experience in all aspects of Real Estate and a good grounding of asset management will see her manage your investment as if it was her own.

Tricia joined with Ray White Semaphore in 2005 having starting in Sales after a 20 years with the bank. Working with all departments she soon realised her forte’ was Property Management. She has a sharp eye for detail and has a great understanding of meeting people’s needs. Trish can liaise effectively with a large and diverse range of cross-cultured individuals, thus enabling her to work well with both tenants and landlords.
