Excellent experience

We interviewed three other agents before settling on Paul as this was our second attempt at listing our property. The reason why we chose to list with Paul the second time around is because he presented himself very professionally, took copious notes during our first meeting and the day before our meeting he had prepared and delivered a sales proposal to us. What really set him apart from the other agents was that he had clearly considered our property before our meeting including a plan on how to photograph and market it. Being a relisting he also discussed our previous experience and how his would differ in addition to listing the property with a host of photos different from the ones that featured in the original listing. He spoke about not only the strategy he would use to market the property online, but also his strategy towards pitching the property towards potential buyers and his approach to negotiations. He was very realistic in his discussions around prices and how markets had moved. We spoke about what we would ideally like and what our bottom price was. Unlike one of the other agents who immediately settled on that bottom price as the target, Paul spoke about using that figure as the fall back price for negotiations but aiming to get the best possible price he could. Dialogue between us and Paul was very good, he was prompt in returning calls and his efforts in negotiating between the parties and us was considerably less stressful than in a previous experience we had had. I can not recommend Paul enough, unlike a couple of the other agents we interviewed he gave the impression of a professional working in the industry rather than a salesman simply plying his trade in an easy product market. On the day he was supported in showing the home and made a distinct effort to ensure every single person that came to view the house was spoken to. He was excellent.
