Michael O'Sullivan - what can one say, that hasn't already been said of really attentive, active, competent, and passionate Agents. Michael is a person who although having been in the industry for many years, exhibits the enthusiasm, passion, care, attentiveness and energy one has when first in the industry.... What michael does have above most other agents, is an empathy, and knowledge that can only come from experience. Michael appreciates that this is usually the biggest single purchase a person can make in their life, its importance and the emotion that goes with a purchase. If what you are looking for is someone with empathy and an ability to understand and execute what it is you require for either the sale or purchase of a property I would recommend Michael. His communication skills are excellent. If you dont understand the process, are having difficulty in any way he is willing to listen and resolve the matter. I would use Michael's services again to either purchase, sell, or to seek counsell regarding real estate .
