Sold quickly and for a good price

We put our house on the market, and the market wasn't at its best, yet Dave Lynch managed to get us a very reasonable price and in quick time as well. I was anxious while our house was on the market but with Dave at our side we managed to pull through with a bit more cash than we'd anticipated.
