I recently purchased a property through Ray Nicholson and I am honoured to write this review. From the moment I met Ray I found a warm, friendly, knowledgeable and professional person. I new straight away that Ray was not about playing games but what he offered was a reliable, straightforward, honest and open style of communication. This was absolutely reinforced as we progressed through the purchase and his experience was clear. Ray shared his knowledge of the property, the property market and the local area and gave us all the information we needed to make an informed choice about the purchase. At no time was he forceful or intrusive but professional, informative and helpful. Ray went above and beyond to make it easy for us to buy, sell and move. He negotiated on our behalf, with the Vendor, and ensured an outcome we were both happy with in an extremely timely manner. He was contactable at all times and helped us navigate through what can be a difficult process. He was always contactable and went above and beyond to support us with anything we needed. I can't recommend Ray highly enough when buying and selling, he will be my first contact in future.
