Lisa provided advice prior to my home going up for sale when I approached her to submit a market valuation as part of the requirements for settlement of property following my separation from my husband. Lisa was kind and compassionate through this emotional time. It was due to this kindness that I engaged Lisa to undertake the sale of my home. Lisa could not do enough to not just ensure that the property was in the best position for sale but also was an amazing assistance to me in preparing the house for sale and being so considerate of my emotional state. She was always professional in her dealings with my ex husband and she maintained open communication with both of us throughout the process. We received an offer after the first open house and due to the faith and trust I had with Lisa I felt confident to accept the offer and to approve the sale.
