Very unprofessional

One of the worst and inexperienced agents I've ever had to deal with. Painfully slow with so many delays in communication with the same old excuse, "oh sorry I was in a meeting yesterday". It should not take upwards of four weeks to get both parties to agree on a price. With previous agents in the past, I have had quicker and more productive negotiations then what was produced. From the initial inspection, where the managing agent did not attend the open house, to the pointlessly lengthy negotiation, I was met by a lack of professionalism. This was exemplified when an agent who had no knowledge or briefing of the property attended the open house, leaving many questions unanswered. From my experience, the acknowledgement of their lack of professionalism, is warranted. On a positive note, the tenants were able to vacant the property prior to sale. The agent liaised with the original owner of the property after the owner and tenants organised this transition. It will be a relief when the process is complete. Neither myself, nor my partner would ever sell through them or recommend them to anyone who is buying or selling.
