A good agent

When Tim approached me to sell our house of 15 years it only took me 20min to say “let’s do it” He understood why I was selling and the price needed for us to move onto our next project. Tim was the best fit to sell our house, he understands the area well, he has a passion for building houses and appreciated what we had put into this house with the renovation. Tim and his assistant Alannah worked hard to sell the house, at times even on a Sunday they would call and have someone wanting to do a private inspection. Tim is very active and doesn’t sit around waiting for buyers to come off ads, he actively pushes buyers to the property which in our case equated to over 50 inspections. Tim’s communication is excellent, nothing was ever an issue, he’s confident, straight to the point,and genuinely a decent guy to deal with which was the approach I liked. I have no hesitation in recommending Tim and his extended team, a job well done.
